dear diary,
It has been a very trying year for me, a lot of tough decisions have had to be made over sleepless nights. Through it all, i am blessed to have my lovely family and friends there for me. Love yous! I think these pictures summarize my 2009 best.

my sis and I are on Junk Magazine this month; posing rather retardedly with an iPod nano each along with other fab artists like Yuna, Lapsap’s Xu and DJ Goldfish. It is the mag’s special this month called STYLE COUNCIL featuring musicians who own their own clothing lines. Fabulous! 
“If you were looking for a neon orange and hot pink cowboy hat, OSIXNINE is where you want to go. Mercurial singer and party starter Ze!, and her DJ sister Miss.Osixnine run the OSIXNINE streetwear boutique in Subang (which they dub ‘the new Bangsar’), and specialise in party apparel that MIA or even the old Madonna would approve of. Inspired by Johnny Cupcakes and Ugly Kids Club, the merch ranges from dayglo Kanye glasses to handcuff-buckled belts to slogan tees that go ‘I Bang Drummers’ in the store (which is as brightly-coloured as the clothes it contains). Despite already going international, OSIXNINE keeps its prices low, so everybody wins.”

my sis won 3rd place at a Malaysian Club DJ Mixing Championship in Ipoh last Sunday. I guess this says she’s finally got a foot in the scene, yayness! And you shoulda seen the trophy she brought home, it’s almost as tall as i am.

“Just a short post today on homegrown fashion label osixnine, which specializes in stylish street-wear. Designs and colours are bold and bright, just great for those who love to stand out in the crowd. OSIXNINE entered the local fashion scene in 2006 as an online store but is now operating from its boutique in Subang Jaya.
The company was started by two sisters who are into music, graphic designs and anything DIY. Osixnine’s collection was showcased at London’s 2008 Tradeshow Streetwear. These images were taken during their event held at Urbannattic, Capsquare KL. The shoe collection is from another homegrown fashion label Bulu-Bulu.” – Clove Two.
